A clear measurement boundary

Remaining deformation is an unresolved quantity.

The first measurement recipe covers horizontal top displacement, base translation and base rotation relative to a fixed reference. An opening can be recorded on the diagram; local lintel, parapet, panel shear and damage mechanisms require additional instrumentation and methods. The seven existing Atlas curves do not supply the required multi-channel readings.

Bring the original channels

Open numeric CSV files from your acquisition system. Retain the exact bytes, column mapping, units and source fingerprints in a local project.

Plan what can be measured

Place top, base-horizontal and base-vertical sensors. Inspect which quantities your layout can distinguish under the stated measurement model.

Keep corrections explicit

Record gain, zero, polarity, clock offsets and an interpolation limit. Unknown channel uncertainty stays unknown.

Inspect the contributions

Estimate supported sliding and rotation contributions. Keep the remaining deformation separate from any interpretation of shear, bending or damage.

Replay the observation

Follow one data timeline across plots, instrument values, photographs, manual observations and a locally attached video with a declared time offset.

Keep a reproducible project

Save the recipe, unchanged CSV sources and selected photographs in a project ZIP. Export calculated CSV data and a printable report.

Continue your research

Take the measurements into a documented comparison.

Keep analysis snapshots with the manuscript to spot changed results before submission. Each workspace explains its saving and source-checking options.

From the instrument to the evidence

A source record another researcher can inspect.

The layout planner works before a test, without fabricated sensor histories. Raw-data processing and replay use the channels you explicitly import. Keep your calculations with the original files, source citation and observations.

Your raw files stay on your device.

CSV processing, photographs and replay media run in the browser. Save a project ZIP to keep your work; this workspace does not automatically upload or back up your files. Video bytes are not included in the ZIP and must be reattached after reopening. A fingerprint checks matching file contents and does not establish scientific accuracy.
