A shared reading collection
Save public catalogue references into a project. Keep an explicit research question and inclusion and exclusion criteria.
Explore the overviews. Private workspaces use your account and programme access.
LingoScholar / Team research
Private collaborationOne project for the papers you read, the evidence you check and the models you compare. Built for researchers and supervisors working from the same record.

Save public catalogue references into a project. Keep an explicit research question and inclusion and exclusion criteria.
Record findings, units, geometry, loading conditions and source pages. Contributor checking stays distinct from independent validation.
Each reviewer keeps their own screening decisions. Disagreements stay visible instead of being collapsed into a single verdict.
Attach published benchmark reports, or explicitly share your own private report. Case versions, predictions and limitations stay with the snapshot.
Inspect previous record values and the person who changed them. Revision checks protect against overwriting a newer edit.
Invite approved academic accounts as editors or viewers. An invitation must be accepted before project records become accessible.
Understand the sharing boundary
Room records are accessible through the website only to accepted members with active accounts. This is not end-to-end encrypted storage; service administrators can access stored data. Members can download records, and removing access cannot recall copies already downloaded.
Invitations are shown inside LingoScholar and expire after seven days. No invitation email is sent automatically. Private owner PDFs and workspace notes are not imported. Archived rooms remain readable and downloadable, but editing is paused.
Packages contain the current project state and up to 1,000 recent audit summaries. Full historical change details remain available through the room history; a package is not a complete site backup.
Current limits: 12 owned rooms, 20 accepted or pending members per room, 100 current records and 6 MB of current record data per room. Up to 200 write operations per account per UTC day.
