Evaluation of Seismic Performance of Ancient Timber Structure Based on Incremental Dynamic Analysis
Abstract
Abstract In order to study the seismic performance of ancient timber structures under different earthquake intensities, this paper uses the finite element software ABAQUS to establish a finite element model. Through the incremental dynamic analysis (IDA) of the model under the action of two-way horizontal earthquake, IDA curves of multiple ground motion records are obtained, and the IDA curves of 16%, 50%, and 84% ratio are calculated. Combined with the earthquake vulnerability theory, the earthquake vulnerability matrix is established to evaluate the seismic resistance of the ancient timber structures. It provides a reference for the future anti-seismic research of ancient buildings, and also provides an effective way for timber structure anti-seismic safety evaluation.
