This release adds executable software across the requested research, engineering and shared-project areas. Some targets remain bounded implementations or adapters awaiting external setup. The tables below distinguish delivered software from the work still required.
Capture exact source evidence, run supported analyses and prepare reviewable outputs.
S1
Source-page extraction
Software available · bounded
Delivered software
Read selectable PDF text or run local English OCR on a PDF/image region. Review the text, value, unit and physical context against its exact source digest.
Remaining scope
Retain original files separately. OCR recognition and page review do not establish scientific validity.
S2
Maintained literature reviews
While-open refresh
Delivered software
Opt into periodic source searches while the tab is visible. Review duplicate suggestions, metadata changes and title/full-text selection counts.
Remaining scope
Unattended harvesting and authoritative correction/retraction feeds need operated services. Reviewed notices can be retained explicitly.
S3
Engineering evidence graph
Software available · declared links
Delivered software
Connect source pages, accepted extractions and declared specimen identities. Compare matching observable, layup and support contexts with explicit unit conversion.
Remaining scope
Physical identity, independence and scientific comparability need source review.
S4
Statistical inference
Software available · scoped methods
Delivered software
Fit supported multiple-predictor OLS, cluster-robust CR1 intervals and Gaussian-model predictions. Run seeded parametric bootstrap calculations.
Remaining scope
Model assumptions, cluster adequacy and statistical interpretation remain explicit. This is not universal small-sample inference.
S5
Reproducible analysis pipelines
Supported calculations replay
Delivered software
Run declared descriptive, regression, bootstrap and prediction steps. Retain exact inputs, dependencies, engine identity and replayed outputs.
Remaining scope
Arbitrary Python/R packages and permanently operated execution environments need a separately installed and maintained host.
S6
Versioned manuscript collaboration
Revision tools available
Delivered software
Keep exact manuscript revisions, tracked field changes, source-anchored comments and conflict-aware merge previews alongside native private project revisions.
Remaining scope
True simultaneous rich-text editing and WebSocket transport are not connected.
S7
Journal delivery packages
Prepared files · deliberate handoff
Delivered software
Check declared journal requirements and citations, then prepare DOCX, LaTeX, structured JATS XML, attachments and an exact delivery manifest.
Remaining scope
Publisher-specific rules must be reviewed. Export does not submit a paper or publish a repository record.
S8
Funding evidence and deadlines
Official-source checks
Delivered software
Retain official call terms, quote eligibility evidence and track reviewed UTC deadlines. Source changes flag stale assessments; proposal evidence links existing budget records.
Remaining scope
Broader live call discovery, institutional eligibility confirmation and funding decisions remain external.
MODELS & MEASUREMENTS
Keep mechanics connected to the test.
Prepare bounded models, inspect source-bound calculations and test declared predictions.
M1
Canonical engineering model
Checked engine transfers
Delivered software
Declare geometry, layers, material constants, supports and load cases once. Prepare exact bounded transfers to the wall, beam and objective-solid workspaces.
Remaining scope
Each engine has its own applicability limits. Unsupported transfers are rejected rather than inferred.
M2
Larger sparse 3D mechanics
Research kernel available
Delivered software
Use a sparse objective TET4 solver with explicit bounds up to 512 nodes and 2,048 tetrahedra, accepted-state records and numerical replay.
Remaining scope
Performance depends on the actual model. This is bounded quasi-static research computation, not unrestricted industrial-scale analysis.
M3
Coupled interface and material response
Scoped constitutive laws
Delivered software
Combine separate opening/sliding face damage, contact and Coulomb friction with optional material-axis compressive plasticity in the same 3D equilibrium.
Remaining scope
Arc-length continuation in this kernel, general timber failure and experimental calibration remain further work.
M4
Model preparation and BIM exchange
Supported geometry profile
Delivered software
Inspect declared reference geometry, select supports, generate opening-conforming meshes and retain exact IFC source snapshots. Export a bounded IDS information profile.
Remaining scope
The supported IFC geometry subset, local requirement checks and authored IDS profile do not establish full vendor-plugin or IDS certification.
M5
Frozen experimental comparisons
Protocol and comparison software
Delivered software
Freeze prediction/holdout roles and source requirements before assessment. Import original measurement CSV, check time/gauge/units and calculate per-specimen residual criteria.
Remaining scope
Original experimental evidence and independent review are required. W08 disagreement and W12 geometry conflict remain unresolved.
M6
Image-to-3D measurements
Local image calculations
Delivered software
Match bounded grayscale patches, fit a scoped radial-lens correction and pass accepted, time-aligned stereo matches into calibrated 3D reconstruction.
Remaining scope
Physical cameras/DAQ, extrinsic calibration, general full-field DIC and complete calibration uncertainty remain external or further work.
M7
Source-bound member checks
Reviewed-source arithmetic
Delivered software
Evaluate supported rectangular-member interaction, shear, deflection and Euler diagnostics against exact supplied source factors and a matching worked example.
Remaining scope
Current licensed standards and competent professional review are required. No complete national-code compliance or certification is conferred.
M8
Forward-model parameter identification
Bounded modulus fitting
Delivered software
Fit a declared axial modulus by executing actual nonlinear forward models, then retain distinct training and holdout specimen results.
Remaining scope
General multi-parameter robust optimization, calibrated predictive uncertainty and independent physical validation remain further work.
PROJECTS & OPERATIONS
Carry the evidence between workspaces.
Preserve exact project state and make external operation requirements visible.
F1
Connected private project
Portable project and native revisions
Delivered software
Keep compatible Scholar and Scope sections in one canonical project, with exact source nodes, dependency edges and downstream review invalidation.
Remaining scope
Large original binary files remain separate. Transfer and sharing require deliberate account-authorized actions.
F2
Institution identity boundary
Adapter only · not connected
Delivered software
Provide strict OIDC profile, PKCE and signed identity-token verification contracts while preserving native account and separate programme approval.
Remaining scope
A real institution/provider registration, one-use state integration and reviewed account mapping are still required. SAML and SCIM are not implemented.
F3
Execution, backups and recovery
Contracts and local recovery tools
Delivered software
Prepare exact job manifests, declared capacity checks and verified project backup/restore envelopes. Inspect current native operation records.
Remaining scope
Permanent workers, monitored operation, larger binary storage and witnessed restoration drills are not provisioned by this release.
F4
Versioned integration contracts
Inert manifest validation
Delivered software
Validate scoped plugin manifests, engine/environment compatibility and exact data contracts without executing imported plugin code.
Remaining scope
External lab/BIM vendor plugins and supported production integrations need installation, provider access and compatibility testing.
F5
Guided interface and acceptance
Interface and automated checks
Delivered software
Use guided source/model forms, explicit limitations, retained drafts, cancellation and current-project guards alongside the established responsive workspace design.
Remaining scope
Browser preview was blocked by automatic approval review. Safari/iPad, assistive-technology acceptance and independent security assessment remain unverified.
VERIFICATION & EVIDENCE
Check the record. Keep the scientific limits.
Automated suites exercise exact hashes and archives, hostile inputs, asynchronous project replacement, independent arithmetic references and retained-result replay. Actual English OCR is checked against a clearly synthetic fixed-text raster. Earlier scientific and access-control regression suites remain part of release checks.
Numerical verification, a source digest and a named review declaration do not establish physical accuracy or independent professional approval. The software retains failed, historical and blocked states rather than creating substitute results.
Experimental validation remains ongoing. W08 retains a substantial model/measurement disagreement. W12 retains conflicting source geometry. Original source evidence, instrument mappings and independent experimental review are required to resolve them.
CONTINUE EXISTING WORK
Your earlier studies remain available.
The V13 connected project has its own verified format. Earlier Scholar programmes and LignoScope archives retain their original scientific record formats and applicability limits.
